The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is a new workout and nutrition program created by Joel Marion, a fitness expert and author.

Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is all about helping men and women lose the most fat possible in 25 days but following a very simple 5 day cycle, repeated 5 times to make up the complete 25 days… Perfect for summer, beach weather!

Now, before I get into the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet review, I want to tell you my results… Following the Xtreme Weight Loss Diet, I lost 22 pounds of fat really, really quickly. Now, that might not sound like much, but I was really impressed with the weight loss because I haven’t gotten anything to work for me yet!

Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review – What Is It?

The Xteme Fat Loss Diet is all about a 5 day cycle. You repeat that 5 day cycle 5 times and you find yourself a lot thinner than you were before!

The 5 day cycle goes like this:

  1. Cheat Day : Density Training DayThe Cheat Day of each cycle is a day in which you can eat even fattening foods like pizza and ice cream.  You do this to boost your leptin levels and encourage faster fat burning. Leptin is a hormone that’s largely responsible for your metabolism and fat burning. A higher level of leptin often means a faster metabolic rate.
  2. Shake Day: Strength Training DayOn the Shake Day of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, Joel Marion advocated getting all your calories from special nutritional shakes. This helps you to have a low calorie day (but not near as low as the fast day) because you know exactly where to get all your energy from.
  3. Fast Day: Lactic Acid Training DayOn the fast day, your leptin levels are soaring. This is the perfect time to create a massive calorie deficit and shed a lot of fat.  Because your leptin levels are high from your “cheating day”, your metabolism doesn’t slow down. Remember, Leptin takes a few days to really decrease.
  4. Moderate Carb : Dynamic Training DayThe Moderate Carb day of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet you eat a diet in which 40% of your calories come from carbs, 30% from fats, and 30% from protein.
  5. Protein-Only Depletion : Lactic Acid Training DayThe purpose of this day is to deplete the body of energy, “making room” for the Cheat Day which is coming on the next day (being the first day of the next 5 day cycle). Lactic acid training is done due to its intense fat burning effects.

Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review – What I Liked

I like the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet because it works.  Plain and simple.  I haven’t gotten anything else to work for me, which was really disheartening.  After years of failed dieting attempts, I’m happy to say that Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is the best I’ve found.

I love it.  My family loves it.  It’s easy to follow.  Anyone can do something for 25 days.  And after that long, you don’t want to go back to eating normal… You just want the weight to keep falling off!

Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review – What I Don’t Like

If there was one thing I didn’t like about Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, it was the fact that I like to lift heavier weights.  I’ve since modified the diet to be 7 days and I like to lift heavy on 3 of those days, increasing my protein intake.

But I’ve been following it for over 4 months now and it’s how I have continued to keep fat off!  All I’ve done is tailored it to fit my needs!

Those were true fat burner in your body without harsh chemicals or stimulants.

Fat burner pills promote great health and a speedier metabolism. These supplements are long term for health and fitness and loads of version of green tea contain caffeine, so if you are sensitive to caffeine you can buy other versions too, like caffeine free.

If you are really desperate about losing weight fast it would be best to pair the fat burner capsules with some exercise regime. Because the main functions of fat burning pills are to get rid off the excess fats. In order for the pill to maximize its functions why not try exercise because it can help your body increase the metabolism rate. Plus fat burner pills can also help control your appetite. You have lesser intakes of snacks and munching of food.

Fat burner pills are not miracle pills they can be part of your weight loss plan which can help you fast up the whole process of losing weight but if you just consume the pill and not making an effort to exercise, it would probably not going to work.
