Now, before I get into the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet review, I want to tell you my results… Following the Xtreme Weight Loss Diet, I lost 22 pounds of fat really, really quickly. Now, that might not sound like much, but I was really impressed with the weight loss because I haven’t gotten anything to work for me yet!

Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review – What Is It?
The Xteme Fat Loss Diet is all about a 5 day cycle. You repeat that 5 day cycle 5 times and you find yourself a lot thinner than you were before!
The 5 day cycle goes like this:
- Cheat Day : Density Training DayThe Cheat Day of each cycle is a day in which you can eat even fattening foods like pizza and ice cream. You do this to boost your leptin levels and encourage faster fat burning. Leptin is a hormone that’s largely responsible for your metabolism and fat burning. A higher level of leptin often means a faster metabolic rate.
- Shake Day: Strength Training DayOn the Shake Day of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, Joel Marion advocated getting all your calories from special nutritional shakes. This helps you to have a low calorie day (but not near as low as the fast day) because you know exactly where to get all your energy from.
- Fast Day: Lactic Acid Training DayOn the fast day, your leptin levels are soaring. This is the perfect time to create a massive calorie deficit and shed a lot of fat. Because your leptin levels are high from your “cheating day”, your metabolism doesn’t slow down. Remember, Leptin takes a few days to really decrease.
- Moderate Carb : Dynamic Training DayThe Moderate Carb day of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet you eat a diet in which 40% of your calories come from carbs, 30% from fats, and 30% from protein.
- Protein-Only Depletion : Lactic Acid Training DayThe purpose of this day is to deplete the body of energy, “making room” for the Cheat Day which is coming on the next day (being the first day of the next 5 day cycle). Lactic acid training is done due to its intense fat burning effects.

Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review – What I Liked
I like the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet because it works. Plain and simple. I haven’t gotten anything else to work for me, which was really disheartening. After years of failed dieting attempts, I’m happy to say that Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is the best I’ve found.
I love it. My family loves it. It’s easy to follow. Anyone can do something for 25 days. And after that long, you don’t want to go back to eating normal… You just want the weight to keep falling off!
Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review – What I Don’t Like
If there was one thing I didn’t like about Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, it was the fact that I like to lift heavier weights. I’ve since modified the diet to be 7 days and I like to lift heavy on 3 of those days, increasing my protein intake.
But I’ve been following it for over 4 months now and it’s how I have continued to keep fat off! All I’ve done is tailored it to fit my needs!

If you’re interested in losing fat, Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is the way to do it. It’s simple. It’s quick. It doesn’t take a lot of time. And it’s super easy to follow.
